Xenomorphs
Xenomorphs are an alien race of parasitic creatures that bleed acid that were made famous by the Alien Franchise created by Dan O’Bannon and Ronald Shusett and crediting H.R. Giger for the design. The Xenomorphs are known for capturing their victims alive so that they may be cocooned within Xenomorph Saliva. The saliva hardens trapping the victim so that they may be used as hosts to create more Xenomorphs. The structure of the Xenomorphs is similar to those of a Bee or Ant Hive.
Types of Xenomorphs:
Facehugger – The first form of Xenomorph in the Lifecycle stage. When hatched from a Xenomorph Egg the Facehugger resembles a crab-like-spider. The Facehugger leaps onto its victims face and implants an alien embryo inside the host. Facehuggers are unable to implant Robots and Androids. It will however implant Humans, Humanoids, and Animals. The Facehugger later dies and the Embryo begins to grow into the Chestburster. The host remains alive, unaware of the Embryo.
Chestburster – The second form of Xenomorph in the Lifecycle stage. It grows from the Embryo forming a thick long worm-shaped snake. It kills the host by eating through the host’s chest. Later its skin will shed growing to an Adult Xenomorph. Depending on who the host was determines the type of Xenomorph.
Drone Warrior – The third form of Xenomorph in the Lifecycle stage. The Drone is the most common form of Xenomorph and is formed from the implant of Humans. The Drones act as attackers and defenders for the Queen inside the Hive. They are in charge of spreading the Eggs around and bringing back live hosts.
Runner - The third form of Xenomorph in the Lifecycle stage. The Runner is often formed by the implant of animals. They are smaller and weaker then the Drones but have better agility as they are able to move around quicker and faster.
Predalien - The third form of Xenomorph in the Lifecycle stage. The Predalien is formed by the implant of Yautja (Predator). They are larger than both the Runner and Drone and have greater strength. However, they are not as quick as they often crawl or walk up on two legs.
Praetorian - The fourth form of Xenomorph in the Lifecycle stage. A Praetorian is only known to form an aged Drone. As it gets older its hard shelled skin becomes tougher and harder. The Drone begins to to grow larger and loses its ability to walk-walk. Instead it must learn to climb. The Praetorian is the strongest among the Xenomorphs but is the slowest. It mostly hides and builds a hive so that it may grow into a Queen.
Queen - The fifth form of Xenomorph in the Lifecycle stage. The Queen can only be formed by a Drone who has successfully grown into a Praetorian. After the Praetorian has created a nest, it will begin to recruit fellow Xenomorphs to establish a hive. The other Xenomorphs will help the Praetorian become a Queen by building the necessary sack needed to give birth to eggs. Eventually he Praetorian grows into a Queen and grows larger and fiercer. It begins laying thousands of eggs and the Drones work to create more Xenomophs by getting hosts with the Eggs that hatch into Facehuggers. There is known to be only one Queen per hive and other Xenomorphs are not hostile towards each other.
